We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Palace. The rooms were spacious and clean, with 24-hour hot and cold water. The location was perfect, with shopping malls and ATMs just a short walk away. The reception service was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a prime location, near to Shenoys theatre, close to the metro station and convenient for everything you require. the rooms are cosy and clean, breakfast is satisfying, and the restaurant serves decent food. You will appreciate the mosquito repellent provided in the rooms.

Some guests complained about unenthusiastic staff and poor service.

Comfortable Bed, Good Location. the bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. the location was convenient for reaching nearby restaurants and transportation. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were very useful.

Great location and affordable prices. The hotel is situated near important metro, railway, and bus stations, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their face. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel didn't live up to my expectations. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with old bedspreads and towels and an unpleasant smell.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the hotel facilities, location near everything you could need and the cleanliness. The hotel had fantastic facilities like a good air-conditioning system, comfortable beds and great entertainment options on the TV. In addition, this hotel is conveniently located near many shopping places and was very close to a Metro Station, so transportation was easy. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better.

Could not be improved in any way.
